My Name is Kaylee Dodds, and I am a soccer focussed strength and conditioning coach. I help youth soccer players reach their athletic potential. After years of playing and coaching soccer, I’ve noticed the significant lack of guidance when it comes to strength and conditioning training. I have been a competitive soccer player all my life. After graduating University in 2016 and finishing up my five years of varsity soccer, I continued to coach soccer to elite soccer players. The more I coached, the more I noticed two significant issues with the players’ training regime. Firstly, they severely lacked guidance when it came to strength and conditioning training. Secondly, the majority of players lacked proper recovery protocols, resulting in many injuries.
This is what prompted me to become a strength and conditioning coach, as well as a holistic bodyworker, specializing in training soccer players. I am passionate about helping young athletes become the best they can be with personalized strength and conditioning training, and injury prevention through holistic body work.
